Advanced Engineer-AI/ML

Overview

Advanced AI/ML Engineer to build and deploy next-generation Automotive AI systems, including SLMs and VLA/VLM models, across edge and cloud for cockpit, ADAS, and connected vehicle experiences.

What you'll do

• Develop and optimize small language models for in-vehicle conversational AI.
• Deploy SLMs on edge devices (CPU, NPU, GPU) and build edge+cloud inference pipelines.
• Build multi-modal VLA/VLM systems for scene understanding and interaction.
• Create agentic AI and orchestration layers for intent/tool routing and policy engines.
• Design ML pipelines and MLOps workflows for training, evaluation, deployment, and monitoring.
• Integrate AI components across voice, visual perception, and sensor fusion across cockpit/ADAS/connected services.

What you'll need

• Up to 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML.
• Strong deep learning, NLP, and computer vision skills.
• Exposure to LLM/SLM fine-tuning and optimization.
• Hands-on experience with AI agents/tool-using LLMs and orchestration frameworks.
• Programming in Python (mandatory).
• Experience deploying models on edge and cloud environments.

• Work mode: Hybrid; most office-based roles onsite three days a week.
