Data Scientist

Overview

Data Scientist role in Pune focused on building rapid AI/ML prototypes and MVPs. Work includes machine learning and GenAI solutions such as LLMs, RAG systems, and chatbots.

What you'll do

• Execute PoCs and MVPs for AI and ML projects with practical implementation.
• Develop and refine supervised and unsupervised ML models.
• Build and deploy GenAI solutions including LLMs, RAG systems, and chatbots.
• Collect, clean, and preprocess data and perform exploratory data analysis (EDA).
• Evaluate model performance, fine-tune algorithms, and monitor for GenAI issues like bias and hallucinations.
• Collaborate with AI Engineers to integrate models into enterprise applications.
• Document processes, code, and findings for transparency and reproducibility.

What you'll need

• 1-3 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or AI-related roles.
• Hands-on experience with ML model development and deployment.
• Python and SQL proficiency for data manipulation and model development.
• Familiarity with ML frameworks/libraries such as scikit-learn, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Matplotlib, Seaborn) and EDA techniques.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field.
