AI Engineer

Overview

AI Engineer role focused on accelerating migration to OneTru and improving enterprise batch processing using AI.

What you'll do

• Accelerate migration from on-premises infrastructure to the OneTru GCP cloud portal.
• Deliver scalable and resilient batch processing for enterprise-scale data volumes.
• Simplify batch trigger and LFE daily configuration management via automation and standardisation using AI.
• Execute and support batch processing workloads in daily operations.
• Test automation using AI.
• Use AI to improve operational efficiency, reliability, and time-to-market.

What you'll need

• Design and implement AI-powered applications using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Develop intelligent agents for planning, reasoning, tool usage, and workflow orchestration.
• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) solutions with enterprise data.
• Evaluate, benchmark, and optimize LLMs for enterprise use cases.
• Implement prompt engineering, model fine-tuning strategies, and guardrails.
• Strong skills in Python and SQL.

Details

• Hybrid position with regular in-person work at a TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.
• Location: Pune.
