AI Operations Engineer

Overview

AI Operations Engineer to design, build, and operate autonomous and semi-autonomous agents for commerce operations.

What you'll do

• Architect and build production AI agents, including multi-agent and human-in-the-loop workflows.
• Orchestrate agent workflows using frameworks such as LangGraph, LangChain, AutoGen, CrewAI, or equivalents.
• Implement agent-to-agent (A2A) integrations and interoperability to enable delegation and handoffs.
• Connect agents to commerce platforms and enterprise systems via REST/GraphQL, events, and webhooks.
• Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of LLM-powered applications using Snowflake Cortex.
• Build RAG pipelines and retrieval systems using vector databases and semantic search.

What you'll need

• 5+ years advanced proficiency in Python and SQL with production data/AI deployment.
• 2+ years experience building and deploying LLM-powered or agentic AI applications in production.
• Deep understanding of Snowflake Data Cloud, especially Cortex AI functions and secure data sharing.
• Strong Python skills and hands-on experience with LLM/agent frameworks like LangChain/LangGraph/AutoGen/CrewAI or SDKs.
• Experience with CI/CD practices, Git, and automated testing frameworks.
• 2+ years practical experience with RAG, prompt engineering, and tool/function calling.
