Overview
Senior AI Engineer for the Enterprise AI team, responsible for designing, developing, deploying, and operating enterprise AI solutions to scale Generative AI and AI-powered business processes.
What you'll do
- Design, deploy, and operate enterprise Generative AI and agentic AI solutions using LLMs.
- Implement LLMOps capabilities such as prompt management, model evaluation, observability, monitoring, and performance optimization.
- Define governance and safety guardrails, including model monitoring, cost optimization, and responsible AI practices.
- Implement AI monitoring and alerting to identify hallucinations, performance degradation, data drift, and operational risks.
- Support AI platform operational activities including release management, model upgrades, testing, rollback strategies, and production support.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data integration.
What you'll need
- 4-6 years of experience with required bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant technical discipline.
- Experience developing, deploying, or supporting GenAI/LLM-based applications, AI agents, chatbot solutions, RAG systems, or conversational AI platforms.
- Hands-on Python development and SQL experience.
- Experience with API integrations, Snowflake, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Experience designing data pipelines and ETL/ELT frameworks for enterprise-scale data integration.
- Experience supporting production systems with monitoring, incident resolution, performance optimization, operational controls, governance, and release management.
