Senior Associate – GenAI and Age0ntic AI Engineer, Advisory

Overview

Senior Associate role focused on GenAI and agentic AI engineering and advisory work, designing and building autonomous agent and RAG-based solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, and related frameworks.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems for improved information retrieval and response generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
• Build monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
• Produce documentation and best practices for agent development.
• Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of experience is required.
• Advanced Python programming with async programming and API development is required.
• Experience building and deploying autonomous agents is required.
• Strong knowledge of LangChain, RAG systems, and LLMs/LLM APIs is required.
• Vector databases and embedding models experience is required.
• Safety principles and best practices, including resolving hallucinations, are required.
• Education: BE/BTech/MCA/MTech/MBA, with MBA and Bachelor of Engineering specifically required.

Nice to have

• Multiple LLM providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic) and agent orchestration/workflow tools.
• NLP techniques, Docker/Kubernetes, and semantic search/information retrieval concepts.
• Agent alignment and safety considerations knowledge.
