Associate-level engineer working on GenAI and agentic AI solutions within advisory.

What you'll do

• Design and implement autonomous agents using LangChain, Crew.ai, SK, Autogen, and related frameworks.
• Develop and optimize RAG systems to improve information retrieval and response generation.
• Create evaluation frameworks to test agent performance and safety.
• Implement monitoring and logging systems for agent behavior.
• Develop documentation and best practices for agent development.
• Contribute to improving agent architecture and capabilities.

What you'll need

• 4 to 7 years of experience.
• Advanced Python programming with expertise in async programming and API development.
• Experience building and deploying autonomous agents.
• Knowledge of LLMs and their APIs.
• Proficiency in implementing RAG pipelines and knowledge retrieval systems.
• Solid understanding of safety principles and best practices, including resolving hallucinations.
