Senior Associate – Gen AI Engineer, Tax Technology, TRS

Overview

Senior Associate–Gen AI Engineer in Tax Technology (TRS), focused on building and optimizing generative AI models for solutions like content creation, document processing, and code generation.

What you'll do

• Develop, implement, and optimize generative models for end-to-end solutions.
• Translate research with product managers into impactful products and services.
• Design, develop, and train state-of-the-art generative models (e.g., GANs, VAEs, Transformers, Diffusion Models).
• Evaluate model performance using appropriate metrics and benchmarks and improve efficiency.
• Deploy trained models to production and monitor stability and performance.
• Conduct quick POCs on GenAI technologies and assess effectiveness for the project.

What you'll need

• 3 to 7 years of experience in Gen AI engineering.
• Strong understanding of deep learning concepts and generative models.
• Knowledge of GenAI concepts including LLM, Langchain, RAG, tokens, and vector databases.
• Working experience with LLM platforms (e.g., OpenAI, Bedrock) and models (e.g., GPT, Llama, Claude, Mistral, Mistral).
• Programming proficiency in Python.
• Experience with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or JAX.
• Cloud computing experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure.
