Senior AI Engineer – Enterprise Applications

Overview

Senior AI Engineer for enterprise applications focused on building and deploying production-grade AI agents, RAG pipelines, and AI-driven automations with measurable business impact.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end AI agent workflows and intelligent automation pipelines.
• Build and operationalize Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines including ingestion, chunking, retrieval, and continuous evaluation.
• Develop and iterate prompt engineering frameworks with evaluation harnesses and measurable outcome loops.
• Build Python-based integrations and REST API connectors across enterprise platforms (e.g., Salesforce, ServiceNow, Zendesk).
• Integrate AI workloads into CI/CD pipelines and ensure monitoring, alerting, and high availability.
• Capture baseline metrics and publish impact scorecards for outcomes such as hours saved and cycle time improvement.

What you'll need

• 5–8+ years professional software engineering experience.
• At least 2–3 years focused hands-on experience in AI/ML engineering, LLM development, or intelligent automation.
• Hands-on experience building agentic AI systems using frameworks such as MCP, LangChain, and LangGraph.
• Strong prompt engineering at scale and systematic evaluation capability.
• RAG pipeline development including embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval evaluation.
• Python and REST API development for production-ready integrations and automation code.
