Overview
AI Reimagination Engineer in Micron’s Generative AI Center of Excellence (GenAI COE), partnering to redesign multi-step business processes into autonomous AI systems.
What you'll do
- Decompose end-to-end processes by mapping current-state flows and analyzing effort, risk, and automation opportunities.
- Architect agentic solutions with future-state workflows, AI architecture, task/agent decomposition, orchestration patterns, and human-in-the-loop controls.
- Develop agent workflows and define prompt/context strategies, connectors/integration requirements, and evaluation criteria.
- Prototype and build working agentic solutions or coordinate platform engineers to deliver validated solutions.
- Engineer trust and control using testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions.
- Drive multi-functional delivery through first production release and measure value after release.
What you'll need
- 8+ years overall experience.
- 3+ years in AI/ML.
- Recently, hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience mixing technical delivery and business process work.
- Proven experience decomposing complex business processes and crafting/building technical solutions.
- Hybrid experience across process redesign and technical solution delivery.
