AI Reimagination Engineer

Overview

AI Reimagination Engineer in Micron’s Generative AI Center of Excellence (GenAI COE), partnering to redesign large manual workflows into autonomous AI systems.

What you'll do

• Decompose end-to-end processes by mapping current-state flows, quantifying effort/risk, and planning eliminate/simplify/agentify steps.
• Architect agentic solutions with future-state flows, AI architecture, orchestration patterns, and context/memory strategy.
• Translate inventions into buildable agent workflows, including prompt/context strategies, integrations, and evaluation criteria.
• Prototype and build working agentic solutions or direct builds with platform engineers to validate fit and value.
• Engineer trust and control via testable human-in-the-loop controls and least-privilege permissions.
• Drive cross-functional delivery through first production release and measure value with 30/90-day post-release metrics.

What you'll need

• 8+ years overall experience.
• 3+ years in AI/ML.
• Recently hands-on experience building agentic or LLM-based systems.
• Experience decomposing complex business processes and crafting or building technical solutions.
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, AI/ML, engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Follow “Secure by Design” and data-classification standards.
