AI Engineer

Overview

AI Engineer role focused on turning Corporate Affairs AI strategy use cases into working, deployable AI applications and workflows.

What you'll do

• Build, configure, test, and deploy AI solutions for priority Corporate Affairs use cases.
• Own front-end/UI development for user-facing applications end-to-end.
• Integrate AI models, enterprise platforms, and approved data sources into practical solutions.
• Develop and refine prompts, logic, workflows, and evaluation approaches to improve output quality.
• Support experimentation and prototyping while maintaining a production path.
• Monitor performance after launch, troubleshoot issues, and optimize reliability, speed, and output quality.
• Implement testing, documentation, and release discipline for maintainability and auditability.

What you'll need

• 8-12 years hands-on experience in AI engineering, machine learning engineering, software engineering, or data engineering roles.
• At least 3 years building and deploying production-grade AI/generative AI/advanced analytics solutions in a corporate environment.
• Extensive experience with AI platforms/toolchains (e.g., Claude, GPT, Azure OpenAI, Langfuse, vector databases).
• Strong hands-on experience with large language models, prompt design, workflow orchestration, model integration, evaluation, and production support.
• Experience developing, testing, deploying, and optimizing reliable solutions that meet business requirements.
• Experience with enterprise data sources, APIs, cloud platforms, and integration patterns for scaling AI solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant technical field or equivalent practical experience.
