AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Develop and implement generative AI and machine learning solutions, including cloud-based applications and production-ready pipelines. Apply deep learning, NLP, prompt engineering, and conversational AI techniques to business problems.

What you'll do

• Implement generative AI models and identify insights for business decisions.
• Define AI project requirements and objectives with cross-functional teams.
• Research advances in generative AI, machine learning, and deep learning.
• Optimize generative AI models for performance, scalability, and efficiency.
• Design prompt engineering strategies and NLP solutions.
• Ensure data quality and accuracy.
• Document AI concepts, technical specifications, and development standards.

What you'll need

• At least 5 years of experience; 7.5 years in machine learning is stated as the minimum for this position.
• Degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Keras.
• Experience developing generative AI models, including GPT, VAE, and GANs.
• Knowledge of machine learning, deep learning, NLP, data structures, and algorithms.
• Familiarity with AWS, GCP, Azure, or related cloud platforms.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, communication, and collaboration skills.

Nice to have

• Ph.D. in a relevant field.
