Join State Street’s GenAI Center of Excellence as an Agentic AI Engineer to design, implement, and optimize agent orchestration and multi-agent workflows.
What you'll do
- Design and implement complex agent workflows for domain requirements.
- Integrate agent/orchestration frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, or Google ADK.
- Lead event-driven architecture development and enhancements for assigned domains.
- Improve runtime reliability by operating and troubleshooting runtime components.
- Drive improvements in deployment, monitoring, and incident response across hybrid and multi-cloud environments.
- Mentor junior engineers and support knowledge sharing within the pod.
What you'll need
- 5–10 years of hands-on experience designing, building, and deploying distributed or agentic systems.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one other modern language (Java, Go, or C++).
- Experience with event-driven, microservices, or multi-agent architectures at scale.
- Solid experience with cloud-native development and operations on AWS, Google Cloud, and/or Azure.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Kubernetes, and monitoring solutions.
- Strong background in software testing and code reviews, plus ability to mentor and document.
