Agentic AI Engineer, Vice President

Overview

Vice President for Agentic AI Engineering to own strategy and architecture for an enterprise agentic AI platform and drive multi-cloud multi-agent orchestration, security, and governance.

What you'll do

• Own the enterprise agentic platform strategy, architecture, technology roadmap, and governance standards.
• Set and monitor standards for multi-agent orchestration, A2A protocols, HITL, tenant IAM/RBAC, and runtime security.
• Drive reliability, scalability, and cost optimization initiatives for agentic AI workloads across multiple clouds.
• Represent the Agent Foundry and Runtime pods in executive and cross-functional governance forums.
• Lead engineering talent across pods and foster innovation for agentic AI on AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.
• Partner with Architecture, Data/Knowledge, and Product teams for end-to-end platform strategy and delivery.
• Oversee compliance, risk, and performance reviews for agentic AI at an organizational level.

What you'll need

• 12–17 years of relevant experience including leadership of large-scale multi-agent or AI-driven platforms.
• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with at least one modern programming language such as Java, Go, or C++.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of agentic AI systems and strategic ownership of platform architecture and technology roadmaps.
• Hands-on and leadership experience with multi-cloud environments (AWS, Google Cloud, Azure), including security, governance, and cost optimization.
• Experience establishing organizational standards covering reliability, scalability, and incident management in AI systems.
• Expertise in compliance, risk management, and performance oversight for enterprise AI solutions.
