Overview

Software Engineer for Crunchyroll’s Service Monetization Team, working on subscriptions and payments services for memberships and revenue collection.

What you'll do

Shape the Service Monetization Platform.
Architect, build, and optimize subscriptions and payments platform components.
Collaborate with design, product, quality, and data teams to solve complex challenges.
Optimize performance and enhance user experience.
Contribute directly to the growth of the Crunchyroll fanbase.

What you'll need

2+ years of relevant experience in the software industry.
Experience building robust and reliable backend services.
Experience with Java, GoLang, Python, PHP, Typescript, or Node.js.
Experience with cloud technologies including API Gateway, Lambda, EC2, RDS, and ECS.
Experience with databases including PostgresDB/MariaDB and DynamoDB/MongoDB.
Experience with operational excellence including on-call rotations and incident management.
Ability to excel in an Agile and collaborative environment.

Details

Reports to the Engineering Manager in the Service Monetization organization.
