Adv Software Engineer II focused on enterprise practices, coaching engineering teams to adopt consistent engineering standards that improve delivery flow, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Coach engineering teams to adopt practices that improve delivery flow, quality, reliability, and continuous improvement.
• Assess team needs and recommend practical tools, techniques, and ways of working.
• Promote engineering practices across planning, development, testing, automation, release readiness, and operational feedback.
• Support low-friction adoption of engineering standards, practices, and supporting tools with cross-functional teams.
• Identify and resolve practice, process, and tooling challenges impacting flow, quality, or reliability.
• Run working sessions, training, and workshops to build confidence with modern engineering practices.

What you'll need

• 3+ years of experience in Devops.
• Hands-on experience in Devops and being well versed with CI/CD.
• Prior experience in any programming language Java/python.
• Experience working with engineering teams in software delivery, quality practices, or related technology delivery roles.
• Foundational knowledge of modern engineering practices including planning, development, testing, automation, release readiness, and operational feedback.
• Ability to assess team needs and help resolve practice, process, or tooling challenges.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Location: Hyderabad, Telangana.
• Employment type: Full time.
• Work model: Work in designated office at least three days a week and work outside an Invesco office for two days.
