Software Architect

Overview

Software Architect for Agentic AI Initiatives, responsible for defining, architecting, and delivering advanced agentic AI systems.

What you'll do

• Architect and guide development of autonomous agent and multi-agent AI systems.
• Define reference architectures, patterns, and best practices for integrating agentic AI into existing platforms.
• Drive architectural decisions across inference, orchestration, tool integration, memory, and feedback loops.
• Evaluate emerging AI models and tooling; prototype and benchmark solutions for scalability, robustness, safety, cost, and performance.
• Guide production deployment with focus on reliability, resilience, and operability.
• Partner cross-functionally and communicate architectural concepts, trade-offs, and risks to technical and non-technical stakeholders.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of professional software engineering experience, including at least 5 years in AI/ML engineering or architecture roles.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or related field (or equivalent practical experience).
• Deep understanding of AI/ML algorithms, architectures, and frameworks.
• Demonstrated experience designing and delivering complex, production-grade software systems.
• Proven experience delivering AI-powered features or platforms in large-scale software products.
• API and service design at scale (REST, gRPC, GraphQL) with versioning and backward compatibility.
• Distributed systems and data platforms knowledge (microservices, service mesh, streaming processing).
