Overview
AI Architecture & Leadership Manager responsible for designing, implementing, and governing enterprise-scale AI and Generative AI solutions, and leading multidisciplinary teams for adoption.
What you'll do
- Define and execute the organization’s AI and Generative AI roadmap aligned to business objectives.
- Lead AI transformation initiatives and drive enterprise-wide AI adoption.
- Architect end-to-end AI/GenAI platform designs including RAG pipelines, orchestration, agents, and security/monitoring.
- Oversee complex AI program delivery from ideation through production deployment.
- Establish AI governance, responsible AI practices, and risk management frameworks.
- Enable deployments by collaborating with engineering, DevOps, MLOps, and cloud teams.
What you'll need
- 10+ years of experience.
- Strong expertise in Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, and transformer architectures.
- Advanced prompt engineering and model evaluation knowledge.
- Hands-on experience with RAG, Agentic AI frameworks, LangChain, LangGraph, MCP, AI guardrails, and multi-agent systems.
- Extensive Azure and/or AWS platform experience.
- Experience designing secure, scalable AI platforms and managing AI lifecycle/production operations.
Nice to have
- Experience delivering enterprise AI programs in banking/financial services/insurance or other regulated industries.
- Exposure to Microsoft Copilot ecosystem and enterprise AI solutions.
- Knowledge of Blockchain, cloud transformation, digital platforms, or enterprise architecture frameworks.
