Agentic AI & RPA Developer

Overview

Hybrid role for an Agentic AI & RPA Developer to design and build automation and AI agent solutions using frameworks and enterprise data.

What you'll do

• Design and develop automation solutions using WorkFusion and other technologies.
• Build AI agents capable of reasoning, planning, and orchestrating business workflows.
• Implement RAG solutions using enterprise knowledge sources.
• Build document intelligence solutions for extraction, classification, and summarization.
• Implement vector databases and semantic search.

What you'll need

• Typically 2-4 years of experience.
• Hands-on experience building RPA projects (preferably in WorkFusion).
• Experience designing and developing AI agents using agentic AI frameworks and LLMs.
• Knowledge of WorkFusion and other RPA tools.
• Experience with API integration.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English and local language).

• Location: Bengaluru, Karnātaka, India.
• Work mode: Hybrid, averaging 2 days per week from an HPE office.
