Senior Architect

Overview

Senior Architect focused on applied AI for Carrier’s aftermarket AI & digital solutions.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML, Generative AI, and intelligent automation solutions.
• Build enterprise AI applications using LLMs, RAG, and agentic AI frameworks.
• Develop AI-powered assistants, copilots, and workflow automation solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize AI models for accuracy, scalability, and production readiness.
• Develop scalable backend services, APIs, and microservices using Python.
• Develop and deploy AI applications on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Work with structured and unstructured data to support AI model development.

What you'll need

• 15–20 years of experience in software engineering, AI/ML, or data engineering.
• Strong programming skills in Python and object-oriented design principles.
• Hands-on experience with Machine Learning, Generative AI, and Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience with AI frameworks including LangChain, LangGraph, Hugging Face, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and vector databases.
• Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, REST APIs, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Build/maintain data preparation and feature engineering pipelines and support model monitoring/evaluation.
