Overview

Principal Engineer/AI Architect (SMAI) to architect scalable, production-ready data science, AI/ML, and agentic AI solutions for Smart Manufacturing use cases.

What you'll do

• Define and architect scalable, production-ready cloud analytics, machine learning, and data science solutions for Smart Manufacturing business problems.
• Lead technical architecture decisions to minimize technical debt via robust system design, data models, platform standards, and lifecycle management.
• Troubleshoot critical technical issues and drive innovative solutions across multiple projects and pillars.
• Work in cross-functional teams to align stakeholders and deliver scalable architecture outcomes.
• Coach and mentor Data Scientists, AI Engineers, and AI Product Owners through technical reviews and solution guidance.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of IT experience in data technologies.
• 5+ years architecting and delivering large-scale cloud data analytics and AI/ML solutions.
• Experience on Google Cloud Platform (GCP) or Microsoft Azure and on-prem enterprise platforms.
• Expertise in Agentic AI, Gen AI, and distributed enterprise computing such as OpenShift/Kubernetes (Solace desired).
• 5+ years hands-on experience with Python, .NET, SQL, and Angular/front-end technologies.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and written communication skills.
