Sr. Principal Engineer

Overview

Lead enterprise application architecture and modernization as a Sr. Principal Software Engineer. Drive cloud-native, distributed systems, performance engineering, automation, software quality, and technical strategy.

What you'll do

• Lead architecture, design, and implementation of scalable enterprise applications.
• Define architecture standards, design principles, and engineering practices.
• Drive modernization and cloud transformation initiatives.
• Lead architecture, design, and production readiness reviews.
• Define workload models, capacity strategies, and performance tests.
• Troubleshoot distributed-system production issues and resolve root causes.
• Mentor engineering teams and influence technology decisions.

What you'll need

• 15+ years of experience designing and modernizing enterprise-scale applications.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• Expertise in C#, .NET, Python, SQL, microservices, and REST APIs.
• Experience with enterprise architecture, distributed systems, DDD, and event-driven architecture.
• Experience with AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, CI/CD, and DevSecOps.
• Hands-on experience with Selenium, Ranorex, JMeter, and NeoLoad.
• Strong stakeholder management, technical leadership, mentoring, and problem-solving skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with Java for interoperability and legacy system understanding.

• Work hours: 1 PM to 10 PM IST.
