Senior Principal Engineer to help drive technology innovation and architect next-generation software solutions.

What you'll do

• Contribute to the firm’s technology vision and guide transformation across verticals.
• Create and review architectural decisions for products.
• Own and drive technology innovation across the firm.
• Establish policies, tenets, and processes to guide transformation.
• Build frameworks and libraries to accelerate transformation.
• Lead the group to build highly available, scalable, reliable products on a cloud platform.
• Mentor Senior Engineers with guidance and coaching.

What you'll need

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering with 12+ years of IT industry experience.
• Deep understanding in one or more programming languages.
• Good understanding of architectural principles and patterns.
• Exposure to AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• Experience evaluating open-source frameworks and tools with rapid prototyping.
• Experience troubleshooting and resolving scalability challenges for existing apps.
• Ability to oversee multiple technology initiatives concurrently.
