Sr Prin AI/Data Sci Engineer

Overview

Senior Principal AI/Data Science Engineer focused on Generative AI, LLMs, agentic AI, and enterprise AI platforms for healthcare solutions.

What you'll do

• Define and execute enterprise Generative AI strategy with executive and product stakeholders.
• Serve as technical lead across healthcare initiatives including clinical decision support and regulatory automation.
• Architect enterprise-scale AI platforms using LLMs, agentic AI, RAG, knowledge graphs, and multimodal models.
• Establish reference architectures, governance models, standards, design patterns, and reusable frameworks.
• Lead design reviews, architecture assessments, and technical evaluations across business units.
• Drive AI governance for transparency, explainability, bias mitigation, risk management, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Mentor AI/data teams and represent the organization in external technical forums and partnerships.

What you'll need

• B.E/B.Tech/Master's or PhD in Computer Science/AI/ML/Data Science/related quantitative disciplines.
• 15+ years of software engineering, AI, machine learning, or data science experience.
• 8+ years developing machine learning and AI systems.
• 5+ years specializing in Generative AI technologies.
• Proven experience architecting and deploying production-grade AI platforms.
• Expertise in Generative AI & foundation models (e.g., GPT family, Llama, Mistral, Claude, Gemini, DeepSeek, Med-PaLM).
• Technical knowledge of RAG, knowledge graphs, and agentic AI (including prompt engineering and fine-tuning).
