Senior Engineer

Overview

Senior Engineer – AI/ML to design, build, and scale AI-driven speech and GenAI solutions for production speech and language applications.

What you'll do

• Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML-powered applications for speech, language, and GenAI use cases.
• Integrate and operationalize speech-to-text, text-to-speech, NLP, and LLM-based models into backend services.
• Build and maintain cloud-native AI pipelines on Azure with deployment, scaling, monitoring, and cost optimization.
• Develop AI features including transcription, real-time speech processing, intent/entity extraction, conversational AI, and RAG workflows.
• Fine-tune models for domain-specific vocabulary, accents, noisy environments, and healthcare contexts.
• Drive best practices for testing, reliability, observability, and security for AI systems.

What you'll need

• 3-10 years of experience in software engineering with significant hands-on AI/ML work.
• Strong proficiency in Python for production-grade ML/AI services.
• Solid understanding of machine learning, NLP, and modern AI model architectures including LLMs.
• Experience deploying and operating AI workloads on Microsoft Azure.
• Strong engineering fundamentals including system design, APIs, data pipelines, scalability, and reliability.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
