Associate (AI) Solution Consultant

Overview

Associate (AI) Solution Consultant / Applied (AI) Value Engineer role in Celonis Value Engineering, partnering with strategic customers on AI and technology/business problem solving.

What you'll do

• Understand customers’ AI strategy and business-critical challenges.
• Translate customer requirements into AI/PI solutions and prototypes.
• Build and code within the Celonis platform using SQL, PQL, and Python.
• Run hackathons/prototyping to solve business-critical problems.
• Execute Proof-of-Value projects aligned to customers’ AI strategy.
• Deliver business impact presentations to senior executives and drive value realization.
• Stay involved until implementation, adoption, and value thresholds are reached.

What you'll need

• Degree in a STEM field such as Engineering, Data Analytics/Science, Computer Science, Mathematics, or related.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Either extensive internship experience or 1–2 years of full-time work experience.
• Knowledge of generative AI techniques such as RAG, few-shot learning, prompt/context engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning.
• Good knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (e.g., LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch).
• Excellent analytical and creative problem-solving skills for applying technology to business challenges.
