Principal Solution Architect – Agentic AI

Overview

Principal Solution Architect for Agentic AI to design end-to-end architectures for intelligent triage and root cause analysis (RCA) platforms.

What you'll do

• Define end-to-end architecture for intelligent Triage & RCA platforms.
• Architect multi-agent systems for autonomous reasoning, investigation, and recommendation generation.
• Design autonomous RCA workflows using LLMs, domain knowledge, telemetry, and engineering data.
• Architect human-in-the-loop decision frameworks for safe AI deployment.
• Define AI evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Architect data/engineering/AI platform integrations, including APIs, microservices, and orchestration layers.
• Lead architecture reviews, technology selection, and establish AI engineering/DevOps processes.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or related field.
• Hands-on experience designing AI/ML and enterprise software solutions.
• Expertise in Generative AI & LLMs.
• Expertise in Agentic AI frameworks and RAG/GraphRAG.
• Expertise in Knowledge Graphs and cloud-native architecture.
• Expertise in distributed systems, APIs, microservices, and MLOps/AIOps.
