Principal Solution Architect – Agentic AI

Overview

Principal Solution Architect for Agentic AI focused on triage and root-cause analysis (RCA) platforms using multi-agent systems and LLM-based workflows.

What you'll do

• Define end-to-end architecture for intelligent triage & RCA platforms.
• Architect multi-agent systems for autonomous reasoning, investigation, and recommendation generation.
• Design autonomous RCA workflows using LLMs, domain knowledge, telemetry, and engineering data.
• Architect human-in-the-loop decision frameworks for safe AI deployment.
• Define AI evaluation, monitoring, and feedback loops.
• Architect platform integrations across data, engineering tools, manufacturing systems, and AI services.
• Provide architectural governance and mentor engineering teams.

What you'll need

• Have a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, AI/ML, or a related field.
• Have 10+ years of experience in Software Architecture, Solution Architecture, or Enterprise Platforms.
• Have hands-on experience designing AI/ML and enterprise software solutions.
• Have expertise in Generative AI & LLMs and Agentic AI frameworks.
• Have expertise in Kubernetes? (Not stated) and API/microservices design for enterprise systems.
• Have knowledge of RAG/GraphRAG, knowledge graphs, cloud-native architecture, and distributed systems.
• Have experience with MLOps/AIOps.
