Senior Software Engineer - RPA UI Path & Gen AI

Overview

Senior Software Engineer position focused on intelligent automation using RPA, workflow platforms, Generative AI, and Agentic AI technologies.

What you'll do

• Design, build, and deploy end-to-end intelligent automation solutions.
• Lead moderately complex initiatives and deliverables in technical domain environments.
• Contribute to large-scale planning of automation and AI strategies.
• Code, test, debug, and document projects including upgrades and deployments.
• Review technical challenges and resolve moderately complex issues.
• Collaborate with peers and managers; act as an escalation point and guide less experienced staff.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of software engineering experience (or equivalent).
• Hands-on intelligent automation and RPA tool experience (UiPath).
• Hands-on low-code/no-code experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• End-to-end automation lifecycle experience: design, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance.
• Programming expertise in Python or equivalent object oriented/functional languages.
• Generative AI concepts experience including prompt engineering, RAG patterns, and LLM integration.
