AI and Tech Strategy and Operations Manager

Overview

Contribute to flagship legal technology and AI initiatives across Accenture Legal, covering pilot design, implementation, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Develop and implement technology and AI solutions that are practical, trusted and compliant.
• Translate complex legal needs into clear technology requirements, working closely with Legal teams, CIO and other cross-functional teams.
• Support day-to-day technology and AI operations, service delivery and stakeholder support for global legal teams.
• Identify, assess, and prioritize high-value AI and legal technology use cases based on business needs, feasibility, risk, and expected impact.
• Support technology roadmaps, business cases, and program governance for Legal AI initiatives.
• Monitor initiative performance and adoption metrics and recommend continuous improvements.

What you'll need

• 10+ years of experience in technology, AI, digital transformation, product delivery, or related fields.
• Experience designing and deploying solutions using Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365 Copilot, SharePoint, Power Automate, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience evaluating, configuring, or integrating third-party AI and legal technology solutions.
• Familiarity with data governance, information protection, and responsible AI principles.
• Experience supporting AI or digital transformation initiatives within an in-house legal department or professional services environment.
