What you'll do
- Design and develop GenAI applications, including RAG pipelines, prompt orchestration, and agent-based workflows, with supporting Python automation where appropriate.
- Select appropriate models, tools, and frameworks based on quality, latency, cost, and security requirements.
- Build GenAI solutions from design through production deployment and iteration for assigned use cases.
- Define solution architectures aligned with enterprise AI platforms, standards, and guardrails.
- Establish and apply best practices for prompt design, evaluation, testing, and versioning.
- Ensure solutions meet expectations for reliability, scalability, and maintainability in production.
- Implement automated build, test, deployment, monitoring, and feedback practices for GenAI solutions.
- Incorporate user feedback, usage insights, and operational signals to improve solution quality and drive adoption.
- Ensure solutions comply with enterprise AI policies and risk controls throughout development and deployment.
- Partner with business and domain stakeholders during problem framing and solution ideation to identify high-value GenAI use cases.
- Translate business needs into technical solutions and communicate tradeoffs clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Mentor AI engineers and associates working on GenAI and LLM-based systems.
- Enable non-software practitioners to effectively use GenAI-powered and low-code/no-code tools through clear guidance.
