Overview

Develop and train machine learning models on structured datasets, supporting senior engineers on AI/ML solutions for Genpact's clients.

What you'll do

• Develop and train machine learning models on structured datasets under senior engineer guidance and code review.
• Write production-ready Python code for data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation pipelines.
• Execute assigned analytics work-packets, translating requirements into reproducible Jupyter notebooks and scripts.
• Collaborate with data engineers to validate data quality and resolve pipeline issues blocking model development.
• Document model assumptions, hyperparameters, and performance metrics for knowledge transfer and audit compliance.
• Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of AI/ML solutions to development and staging environments.
• Support senior team members in exploratory data analysis and proof-of-concept development for new use cases.

What you'll need

• Associates/Diploma in Statistics, or Bachelor's in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Mathematics, or Software Engineering.
• Required skills: AI/ML Ops, AI Agents, Artificial Intelligence (AI), Deep Learning Algorithms, Machine Learning, Microsoft Azure, Natural Language Processing (NLP), PyTorch, TensorFlow.
• English language proficiency (Required), overall Proficient - C2.

Nice to have

• Certifications in Python and Machine Learning (Decodr Technology); Deep Learning Foundations and Applications (IIT Kharagpur); Deep Learning Specialization (Coursera); Generative AI & Large Language Models (Databricks Academy); IBM Machine Learning Specialization (IBM).
