Overview

Join G-P's Gia AI Engineering team to build the data and AI tooling behind Gia's go-to-market, including pipelines, integrations, analytics and agent workflows.

What you'll do

• Build and run data pipelines across Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe and Databricks.
• Maintain the GTM analytics models and dashboards.
• Ship LLM-based agents and automations for Sales, Marketing and Finance.
• Productionise integrations, with tests and monitoring.

What you'll need

• 2+ years of Python and SQL in production.
• Strong AI fluency.
• Experience with a cloud data platform (AWS preferred).
• LLM application development (prompting, tool use, evals).
• REST API integrations.
• Git-based engineering practice.

Nice to have

• CRM data (Salesforce or HubSpot).
• Data platform (Databricks or Snowflake).

Details

• Location: United Kingdom (Remote-First).
• Full-time regular position, eligible for an annual bonus in addition to base salary.
• Annual gross fixed pay range: GBP 46,000 - 57,000, plus variable compensation.
