AI Fluency Education Lead

Overview

Lead the creation of AI Fluency education courses and content that teach how AI works and how to work well alongside it for general audiences.

What you'll do

• Own the AI fluency curriculum end to end, including roadmap, sequencing, quality bar, and scope decisions.
• Curate and create AI fluency materials such as courses, videos, essays, and interactive lessons.
• Build AI-assisted production pipelines to improve quality and shorten time from idea to published content.
• Translate research frameworks into learning materials for audiences including nurses, teachers, small business owners, policymakers, and community leaders.
• Prototype AI-in-the-loop learning formats like personalized paths, conversational practice, and adaptive assessment.
• Define and measure learning outcomes beyond completion, including comprehension and behavior change.

What you'll need

• Deep experience designing adult learner content and curricula at significant scale.
• Exceptional general-audience writing that turns technical ideas into accurate, intuitive mental models.
• Experience producing multimedia learning end to end and working with agencies and partners on short deadlines.
• A working practice using Claude and other LLMs as infrastructure for content production.
• Comfort building light tooling and automations for production pipelines.
• Experience making people fluent in something before at scale.

• Hybrid policy: expected to be in an office at least 25% of the time.
