AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Design and build advanced applications and systems that leverage AI technologies, integrating cloud-based or on-premises pipelines to deliver production-ready solutions. Lead the team and collaborate across teams to align AI solutions with project goals.

What you'll do

• Act as an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring alignment with project objectives and quality standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts to integrate AI solutions into existing systems and workflows.
• Apply GenAI models as part of the solution, including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots, or image processing where relevant.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience designing and implementing AI pipelines in cloud and on-premises environments.
• Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence techniques and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to develop and optimize conversational AI systems such as chatbots.
• Knowledge of image processing methods and their integration with AI models.
• 15 years full time education.
