AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Develop and lead production-ready AI and machine learning applications and systems using AI tools, cloud AI services, on-premises infrastructure and generative AI models. Apply technologies including large language models, deep learning, neural networks, chatbots and image processing to deliver scalable AI-driven solutions.

What you'll do

• Develop applications and systems that utilize AI tools and cloud AI services with proper cloud or on-premises application pipelines.
• Apply generative AI models as part of AI solutions.
• Collaborate with and manage the team to perform as a subject matter expert.
• Make team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams and contribute to key decisions.
• Provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI solutions that meet business requirements and technical standards.
• Mentor junior team members to support their professional growth and enhance team capabilities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI technologies and recommend their adoption to improve project outcomes.

What you'll need

• Minimum 12 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience developing and deploying AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of generative AI models and their practical applications in real-world scenarios.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to design and maintain production-quality AI pipelines ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Competence in integrating AI solutions with various data sources and external systems.
