AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Design and build advanced AI applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud-based AI services, ensuring they are production-ready on cloud or on-premises infrastructure. Serves as an SME and leads the development and deployment of AI models.

What you'll do

• Design and build applications and systems that utilize AI tools and cloud AI services with production-ready quality.
• Apply generative AI models as part of solutions, including deep learning, neural networks, chatbots and image processing.
• Lead the development and deployment of AI models, ensuring scalability and reliability.
• Collaborate with and manage the team, making team decisions and contributing to key decisions across multiple teams.
• Provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across multiple teams.
• Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to align AI initiatives with organizational objectives.
• Continuously refine and optimize AI-driven solutions to meet evolving business needs.

What you'll need

• Minimum 7.5 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• 15 years of full-time education.
• Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Experience designing and implementing AI applications using cloud AI services and on-premises infrastructure.
• Strong understanding of generative artificial intelligence models and their practical applications.
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and neural network architectures.
• Ability to develop and optimize AI pipelines for production environments.
