AI/ML Engineer

Overview

AI/ML Engineer responsible for building Generative AI solutions and autonomous systems that support business process optimization, productivity, automation and intelligent decision-making.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of Gen AI projects from ideation to deployment.
• Develop and fine-tune Generative AI models, including LLMs, diffusion models, GANs and VAEs, to optimize SCP business processes and enhance productivity.
• Create agent AI architectures for autonomous decision-making, task delegation and multi-agent collaboration using Agentic AI frameworks like AutoGPT.
• Build and optimize LLM applications using RAG and build Machine Learning pipelines for NLP and Multimodal AI tasks.
• Use Vector Databases such as Pinecone, FAISS and ChromaDB, and LLM APIs including OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face, Mistral and Llama.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into applications such as chatbots, copilots and automation tools.
• Perform continuous research on state-of-the-art AI methodologies, including Generative AI, Autonomous Agents and NLP.

What you'll need

• 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• Strong foundation in Machine Learning and Deep Learning, with expertise in neural networks, optimization techniques and model evaluation.
• Experience with LLMs and Transformer architectures, including BERT, GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude and Gemini.
• Proficiency in Python, LangChain, Hugging Face transformers and MLOps.
• Experience with Reinforcement Learning and multi-agent systems for decision-making in dynamic environments.
• Knowledge of multimodal AI, integrating text, image and other data modalities into unified models.

Nice to have

• Experience with Prompt Engineering, Fine-tuning and RAG techniques.
• Familiarity with Cloud Platforms such as AWS, GCP and Azure.
• Familiarity with deployment tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, FastAPI or Flask.
