AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Develops applications and systems that utilize AI tools and Cloud AI services, with production-ready pipelines on cloud or on-prem infrastructure, applying GenAI models as part of the solution.

What you'll do

• Design and build advanced applications and systems that leverage artificial intelligence technologies and cloud services.
• Integrate generative AI models into solutions, ensuring applications are production-ready whether deployed on cloud platforms or on-premises.
• Work on deep learning frameworks, develop neural network architectures, create intelligent chatbots, and implement image processing techniques.
• Be an SME, collaborate with and manage the team, and take responsibility for team decisions.
• Engage with multiple teams, contribute on key decisions, and provide solutions to problems for the immediate team and across teams.
• Lead the design and implementation of AI-driven solutions that meet project requirements and quality standards.
• Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster continuous learning and improvement.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure alignment of AI initiatives with organizational goals.

What you'll need

• Education: 15 years full time education.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Python (Programming Language).
• Proficiency in Python (Programming Language).
• Strong experience in developing and deploying machine learning models using Python libraries and frameworks.
• Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and the ability to integrate them into scalable applications.
• Hands-on experience with generative AI models and their application in real-world scenarios.
• Understanding of deep learning concepts, neural networks, and image processing techniques.

Nice to have

• Experience with Microsoft Azure DevOps.
