AI / ML Engineer

Overview

Design and build applications and systems that use AI tools and cloud AI services, with production-ready pipelines and generative AI models integrated into the solution.

What you'll do

• Perform independently and become a subject matter expert (SME).
• Actively participate in and contribute to team discussions.
• Contribute solutions to work-related problems.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Continuously research and evaluate emerging AI technologies to improve existing systems.
• Assist junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on technical challenges.
• Ensure deployment and maintenance of AI models meet quality and performance standards.

What you'll need

• Proficiency in Machine Learning (ML), Generative AI, and Agentic AI.
• Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models in production environments.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms and AI services to build scalable and efficient AI solutions.
• Knowledge of deep learning techniques, neural networks, and their practical applications.
• Ability to work with various AI tools and frameworks to implement intelligent systems such as chatbots and image processing.
• Experience optimizing AI pipelines for performance, reliability, and maintainability.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Machine Learning (ML).
• 15 years full-time education.
