What you'll need

• Master's degree and 1 year of related experience, or
• Bachelor's degree and 3 years of related experience, or
• High school degree and 5 years of related experience.
• Specialized expertise evaluating wide-ranging and complex issues.
• Strong judgment, resourcefulness, and self-initiative.
