AI Operations Engineer

Overview

Builds AI Operations (AI Ops) solutions for specific domains, automating and optimizing IT operations processes including risk management, incident management, and root cause analysis using AI and machine learning techniques.

What you'll do

• Troubleshoot basic issues in AI Ops environments, such as configuration errors or service disruptions
• Support the development and implementation of AI Ops solutions for network assurance
• Assist in analyzing network performance data and identifying trends and anomalies
• Set up basic monitoring and alerting systems using open-source tools
• Develop simple automation scripts to streamline workflows and tasks using scripting languages along with automation frameworks
• Design and implement large-scale machine learning pipelines
• Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and infrastructure/operations, to ensure seamless integration of AI Ops into existing IT processes and the reliability, scalability, and performance of IT applications
• Automate routine tasks and implement CI/CD pipelines to optimize AI Ops processes and workflows
• Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies
• Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to AI Ops implementations

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of related experience, or Master's degree plus 0 years of related experience
