AI Ops Solution Intake & Feasibility Analyst

Overview

Serve as an AI Solution Intake & Feasibility Analyst in Micron's AI Operations Center of Excellence, guiding AI use cases from intake through Micron's AI governance process across the global IT organization.

What you'll do

• Support global AI solution intake as a primary point of contact for AI requests from Micron's global IT organizations and development centers.
• Partner with solution owners and technology leaders to understand objectives, clarify requirements, assess operational value, and capture success criteria.
• Assess feasibility and readiness of AI use cases across technical viability, data readiness, implementation complexity, organizational readiness, and expected operational value.
• Identify dependencies, risks, and required capabilities to support informed investment decisions.
• Coordinate with cybersecurity, privacy, legal, architecture, and data governance teams to help solutions navigate governance reviews, compliance requirements, and approval processes.
• Drive collaboration among IT leaders, architects, delivery teams, and governance partners across regions to establish scope, priorities, success metrics, and implementation approaches.
• Help identify regional considerations that may impact solution design or deployment, including privacy requirements, data residency, operational constraints, and cultural differences.
• Support stakeholders across geographies and time zones, ensuring consistent communication and effective engagement with the AI Ops COE intake process.
• Monitor intake demand across global regions, identify recurring solution patterns, and recommend improvements that accelerate delivery and adoption.
• Ensure implementation teams receive context on regional requirements, stakeholder expectations, operational considerations, and constraints identified during intake.
• Support intake metrics, portfolio reporting, and operational dashboards, and contribute to continuous improvement of intake frameworks and governance playbooks.

What you'll need

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Data Analytics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2-3+ years of experience in business analysis, project coordination, technology consulting, product support, or a related discipline involving evaluation and prioritization of technology initiatives.
• Proven experience gathering requirements, evaluating technical solutions, identifying risks and dependencies, and communicating recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience working across multiple regions, cultures, or time zones while coordinating geographically distributed teams.
• Experience working across multiple organizations to facilitate alignment, drive decision-making, and coordinate outcomes.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with artificial intelligence, machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, automation platforms, and enterprise technology solutions.
• Experience supporting technology governance, cybersecurity, compliance, privacy, or risk management processes.
• Familiarity with frameworks such as NIST, COSO, or similar governance models.
• Experience supporting global organizations, shared service centers, global development centers, or distributed technology teams.
• Familiarity with data privacy, data residency, and regional regulatory considerations applicable to global technology solutions.
• Excellent facilitation, written, and communication skills, with a proven ability to guide discussions and influence outcomes across diverse audiences.
