Overview
AI Specialist role within Teach For All’s Global Institute to advance the AI Literacy & Creator Collective (AI LCC), combining program management and community building across network partners.
What you'll do
- Drive delivery of the AI LCC’s programming, including the weekly AI AAA Series.
- Develop and steward partnerships with frontier AI companies (e.g., Anthropic, Google).
- Build and scale the AI LCC community across WhatsApp and other platforms.
- Design and moderate structured learning circles for peer-to-peer AI learning.
- Pilot AI-driven tools to summarize, translate, and resource the community.
- Facilitate ethical AI dialogue focused on data privacy, bias, and responsible adoption.
What you'll need
- Experience managing program delivery and/or building and scaling high-engagement digital communities on social-first platforms.
- Experience with distributed or facilitative leadership models that empower members.
- Experience developing partnerships, ideally with technology or AI companies.
- Hands-on foundation model experience and practical prompt engineering skills.
- Experience creating multimedia content (video, graphics, guides) and comfort with tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Comfort using data and community analytics to track engagement, sentiment, and learning outcomes.
Details
- Reports to the Director of the Global Institute.
- Travel up to 30% of the time may be required.
- Role requires alignment with work across global, cross-cultural, and multi-time-zone contexts.
