AJO - Technical Architect

Overview

AJO - Technical Architect role focused on MarTech solution design and implementation for Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) and Adobe Journey Optimizer (AJO), including database work and data-model alignment.

What you'll do

• Interact with customers independently with strong articulation, confidence, and presentation skills.
• Design and implement MarTech platform solutions, specifically AEP and AJO.
• Apply database expertise using SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar technologies.
• Perform marketing database design tasks like querying, aggregations, filters, joins, key definitions, and indexing.
• Use logical programming with JavaScript, Python, or similar technologies and implement with HTML/CSS.
• Create business rules and conditional logic to personalize customer journeys.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders and coordinate implementations.

What you'll need

• Digital marketing experience with MarTech platform implementations (Adobe/SFDC), including solution design and implementation.
• Strong database expertise in SQL, Oracle, Teradata, or similar technologies.
• Experience in marketing database design, including querying, aggregations, filters, joins, key definitions, and indexing.
• Logical programming knowledge using JavaScript, Python, PHP, or similar technologies, plus HTML/CSS proficiency.
• Ability to understand complex data models, preferably XDM, and align them with marketing campaign objectives.
• Familiarity with creating business rules and conditional logic for journey personalization.
• Strong collaboration, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
