Overview

Algorithm Engineer to own and deliver AI/algorithm solutions across research, prototyping, and production deployment.

What you'll do

• Own AI/algorithm solutions using ML, DL, and LLMs.
• Influence the AI roadmap aligned with product and business goals.
• Hands-on design, develop, and implement AI solutions.
• Deliver AI solutions from research and prototyping through production deployment.
• Guide architecture and design of AI systems integrated into frontline products.
• Drive adoption of advanced AI techniques such as LLMs, RAG, and generative AI.
• Mentor engineers and grow technical leadership within the team.

What you'll need

• 4+ years of experience in AI, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or algorithm development.
• Strong hands-on experience developing and delivering AI/ML solutions.
• Strong background in ML/Deep Learning with coding and system design.
• Strong software engineering skills (Python, C++, or similar).
• Experience building and deploying production-grade AI systems.
• BSc/MSc in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
