AMS – Senior Associate, Cob

Overview

Senior Associate for SAP security and application support governance, focusing on security and compliance controls.

What you'll do

• Consult application stakeholders on implementing governance, security policies, and processes.
• Manage SAP security roles and profiles, including user provisioning, de-provisioning, and access reviews.
• Implement role-based access control and segregation-of-duties controls with SAP security teams.
• Gather business authorization requirements and coordinate with development for role development as needed.
• Support audits and compliance activities and prepare compliance reports/documentation.
• Oversee identity lifecycle processes in SAP and coordinate with process owners.
• Train stakeholders on applicable standards/regulations and handle support/escalations for customer queries.

What you'll need

• 4-6 years of experience.
• Working knowledge of IT systems.
• Experience in SAP security, user roles, authorizations, and related controls/configurations in R/3 and S/4HANA.
• Knowledge of application management processes, governance, policies, and regulatory compliance frameworks/methodologies.
• Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT) including Excel functions like pivot tables and lookup functions.
• Professional oral and written communication skills.
• Basic overview/experience with VBA scripts, macros, and BI reporting tools.

Nice to have

• Know-how on ITIL service management processes.
