Analyst, Analytics & Metrics

Overview

Analyst role within Mastercard's Services Insights and Enablement team, driving business and digital transformation for Services through data, technology and internal consulting.

What you'll do

• Develop a strong understanding of the business environment.
• Engage with Services business teams as an internal consulting partner to understand pain-points in their business model and operational processes.
• Identify solutions to pain-points using logical thinking, problem solving and better use of data and technology.
• Where appropriate, identify processes that can be centralized and conceptualize new operating models and migration plans.
• Develop design documentation such as SOPs, system requirements and user journey maps.
• Ensure successful implementation through disciplined program management and change management, in collaboration with key stakeholders.
• Monitor process KPIs and drive continuous efficiency improvements using system enhancements, tactical automation or process changes.

What you'll need

• Experience in driving business transformation or digital transformation, preferably for B2B services organizations.
• Experience in business consulting or in dealing with unstructured situations and applying first principles thinking for problem solving.
• 3 to 4 years of experience, with an undergraduate or master's degree.
• Strong project management, stakeholder management and communication skills.

Nice to have

• Exposure to B2B sales processes.
• Exposure to sales productivity tools (e.g. Salesforce).
• Exposure to data visualization and reporting platforms (e.g. Tableau).
