Analyst- Audit

Overview

Analyst- Audit role responsible for statutory and tax audit preparation and execution for private limited companies, including accounting, tax, inventory, and internal financial control documentation.

What you'll do

• Prepare schedules, cash flow statements, notes to accounts, and accounting policies for statutory audits.
• Prepare tax audit annexures (including Form 3 CD) and support tax computations (MAT and deferred tax).
• Independently lead statutory and tax audits of private limited companies.
• Prepare or update Internal Financial Control documents and risk control matrix as per process.
• Perform inventory valuation and stock count for manufacturing companies.
• Update audit plan/strategy, allocate work, and provide weekly updates to the Team Lead.
• Reconcile fixed asset registers and critical accounts as per IGAAP and US GAAP.

What you'll need

• Chartered Accountant qualification.
• 0–3 years of experience.
• Experience in an audit firm.
• Sound understanding of IGAAP and US GAAP.
• Sound communication skills.
• Experience in audit (IND As mentioned in the skills list).
